Renting with us
From finding the right property to moving in, this is how it works.

Find a property
Browse our available properties on Rightmove, or register your interest and we will contact you when something suitable comes up.

Arrange a viewing
Contact us to book a viewing. Every viewing is accompanied, so you can ask questions about the property and the area.

Apply
Once your application is accepted, we carry out referencing and Right to Rent checks, and a holding deposit secures the property while they are completed.
- 4
Move in
We sign the tenancy agreement with you, protect your deposit with MyDeposits and go through the inventory on the day you move in.
What you will need to apply
- Photo identification and proof of your right to rent in the UK
- Proof of income, such as recent payslips or accounts
- Details of your current or previous landlord, for a reference
- A guarantor, if needed to meet the affordability check
Good to know
- A holding deposit is no more than one week's rent
- Your security deposit is no more than five weeks' rent, protected with MyDeposits
- We only ask for the payments allowed by the Tenant Fees Act 2019, set out on our fees page
